In 2013, Courtney Johnson witnessed the growing struggles in Evansville, especially among the youth, and knew something had to change. Determined to create a positive impact, he founded Young & Established with a vision of building environments that uplift, empower, and inspire the next generation. Courtney believed that every child, regardless of their circumstances, deserved the opportunity to realize their potential.
What began as a dream to help kids overcome challenges has evolved into a movement, creating safe spaces, programs, and support systems that offer hope, guidance, and the tools needed to succeed. At Y&E, we believe that change starts with one person, but it grows with a community. Together, we are building brighter futures—one child at a time.
