Introduction Young & Established, a registered 501(c)(3) organization in the State of Indiana (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”), operates the website located at http://www.youngandestablished.com (the “Website”). The following Terms and Conditions govern all transactions conducted through the Website’s donation payment services. These Terms and Conditions apply individually to each donation you make. Except as expressly provided in Section 6, “Monthly Donations,” and unless otherwise specified by you, these Terms and Conditions do not constitute an agreement for future or successive transactions. By confirming your intent to donate on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation.
(1) Donation Services We will allocate your donation at our discretion, ensuring it aligns with our stated charitable objectives. All donations requested to be paid to us on our website will be processed our payment processor and will authorize the total amount you wish to donate along with a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
(2) Unauthorized Card Use Should you become aware of any fraudulent activity involving your payment card, or if your card is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to promptly notify your card provider.
(3) Payment Information To process a donation, you must provide us with the following information: (i) your full name, address, and email address; and (ii) the details of the credit or debit card you intend to use for the donation. This information is necessary to facilitate the processing of your donation. You bear the responsibility of ensuring the accuracy of the information provided. Upon submission, your payment details will be securely transferred to our payment provider for processing.
(4) Personal Information We will not disclose your personal information to third parties, except as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you consent to our use and protection of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
(5) Refund Policy Donations are non-refundable. However, should an error occur in your donation, please contact us via email at youngxestablished@gmail.com. We will endeavor to resolve any issues within fourteen (14) days.
(6) Monthly Donations These Terms and Conditions apply to donations arranged on a recurring basis. You may complete the donation form on our Website to authorize a recurring donation. Recurring donations will be processed on either the first (1st) day or the fifteenth (15th) day of each month, as designated by you on the form. This arrangement will continue until we receive timely written notice of cancellation. By confirming your intent to make a monthly recurring donation, you authorize our payment service provider to debit the specified funds from your credit or debit card on the agreed-upon day each month. To terminate your recurring donation, you must provide written notice at least fifteen (15) days in advance, either by email to youngxestablished@gmail.com or by mail to 1308 Vann Ave, Evansville, IN 47714.
(7) General Provisions We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indiana.
